1. Order Processing Time

All successfully confirmed and fully paid bag orders will complete internal review, quality inspection and standard warehouse packaging within 1 to 7 business days. Our warehouse operation hours exclude weekends and United States federal holidays, with no order processing conducted during off-hours.
During holiday shopping peaks and large-scale promotional events with explosive order growth, standard processing cycles may be appropriately extended. Our team will actively send email notifications to customers once obvious order delays occur, ensuring buyers grasp real-time order progress.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated according to the actual weight, size and delivery destination of each package. The accurate shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, without any hidden fees or extra charges.
We provide unified standard shipping service for all in-stock bag orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days after warehouse outbound delivery. This delivery time is only for reference. The actual arrival of packages will be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, cross-border customs audit progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery quality inspections and is officially dispatched, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email, which includes your exclusive order tracking number and matched logistics provider information.
Logistics tracking data will be synchronized to the official query system within 24 to 72 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Short-term data synchronization delay is a normal logistics phenomenon. If the tracking status cannot be queried normally after 72 hours, you can contact our customer support team for manual inquiry and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers need to fill in accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, zip codes and contact information during order settlement. Please carefully check all delivery details before confirming payment to avoid delivery failure caused by information errors or omissions.
CHAZZ LAMAR BLUE will not bear any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address problems, customers need to bear all independent reshipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is accidentally lost during cross-border transportation, please submit a parcel loss application to our after-sales team within 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with official logistics channels to launch a full investigation and give a final solution as soon as possible.
Long-distance transportation may cause extrusion, friction or impact on bag products, resulting in surface scratches, hardware loosening, packaging damage or minor structural deformation. If you receive damaged products, please contact our after-sales staff within 24 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged parts of the products as valid proof. We will verify the situation and handle the after-sales problem efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Our store’s bag products are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other diverse materials, and each product is equipped with targeted material maintenance guidelines. Customers are advised to use, store and clean the bags in strict accordance with the official care instructions to maintain the product’s appearance and extend its service life.
Product damage, color fading, deformation and accessory loss caused by improper cleaning, damp storage, private disassembly and man-made misuse do not belong to product quality problems. CHAZZ LAMAR BLUE does not provide free maintenance or compensation for non-quality artificial damage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All cross-border international shipments will be subject to relevant import supervision by the customs of the destination country, and may involve import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other taxable items formulated by local trade policies.
All customs-related expenses incurred during transportation shall be independently borne by the customer. The product price and shipping fee do not include any customs fees. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return and economic losses caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
